We are a full-service audio and radio design and construction company located in Chapel Hill, NC. PAE is owned and operated by Howard Hoyt, amateur radio call sign WA4PSC. We are proud to work with local craftsman to bring unique products to the broadcast and amateur radio markets.
We specialize in designing and manufacturing specialty products like the PAE-2911 Remote Ethernet Switch, which allows radio operators to remotely control access to internet-connected devices. We also manufacture the PAE-2900 Remote Power Switch, which allows for remote power switching and sequencing of AC loads.
We also manufacture the PAE-Kx31 heatsink, which gives the Elecraft™ KX3 portable HF transceiver extended transmit time. Our PAE-Kx31 heatsink continues to be the best-selling and highest-performance heatsink for the Elecraft KX3 on the market.
